Robinhood keeps surprising me with how bad the service is. Is there a way to escalate or call support instead of emailing? I transferred all my stocks out of RH to a new broker 2 months ago and my cost basis information still hasn't been received. I'm on my 3rd email of Robinhood support telling me to wait as they're working on it but whoever is "working" on it is incompetent. Idk how they manage to run a shitshow of a company. #robinhood

Same situation here. RH isn’t sending cost basis. I’ve manually entered cost basis on my new broker for the shares transferred.
How long did it take you? I would have months of account statements to go through and figure out which lots are valid and the ones I sold. I also have some stocks that split so idk how I would enter that. Robinhood needs to get their shit together
I'm still getting the runaround from the Robinhood customer support team. It seems like nobody knows what's going on and gave me the excuse of too many request on their side lol (isn't cost basis an automated process anyway?) Can't wait to see the Robinhood IPO flop, got my 🍿 ready
