There's always an 'avg # years' going from one level to another, but how do you learn at a more exponential rate and get to the next level quicker. Especially as a soon to be new Grad, what factors/aspects should I focus on?

Find a quiet place, preferably a location you can use everyday.... first thing in the morning after waking up, and if possible... last thing at night before sleeping... close your eyes and breathe naturally and focus inward... try not to get any thoughts in mind... start with 5 minute sessions and gradually increase if comfortable...
My roommates play board games all day while I'm learning new tools and YouTube podcasts. I can tell I'm Gucci gang fam
The definition of exponential is having the gains from this step increase your ability to get additional gains in the next step. I think the learning process when going deep is somewhat exponential already because the material gets progressively harder. You also have the opportunity to โlearn how to learnโ, which should pay dividends for many years. So, a prescriptive strategy would be: 1) show up day after day and donโt overdue it to avoid burnout 2) revise your study strategy to optimize what works best for you 3) go deep, not broad, so the knowledge is compounding. I think the real secret is cumulative advantage. Doing things to give you slight advantages accumulate over time in an exponential way because many opportunities are zero-sum, and being able to out-compete for opportunities that give you additional advantage makes it easier the next time.
