It’s nonnegotiable. Learn to live with them. Gun ownership is protected by our national social contract (2nd Amendment of the Constitution). As long as there are States like Texas you can attempt to ban them all you want but, just like the weed that flows to other states from California, you will never stop them from being available in your cities. I get it that guns are a right. What I don’t get is why. Some say it’s to protect against government. But really, do you think your collection of twenty guns are going to do anything if the government decides to mess with you?
