Based on some team members that moved during covid there was a cost of living adjustment to salaries determined by compensation.
What do you mean? So if you make less, there’s a lower adjustment?
Cost of living adjustment between locations. If cost of living is 10% lower from nyc to new location then expect to see 10% reduction in pay.
