How's WeWork as a company? What do you think the perception of the talent that works there is (in terms of how it looks on the resume)? I have an offer with 190k base and RSU about 1500 units / 3 yrs for L4.
YOE?
Worth per share?
WeWork is up and coming and I believe perception of it is fairly neutral skewing towards positive
What have you decided op ? Seattle or sf ?
didn’t u get options? I had offer for similar base, but the options just didnt amount to much unless they have 5x growth. environment was a bit crazy (in a good way). felt a lot like college campus, much more so than FB
Their RSU is $110 right now
What do you think about that
I have “a friend” who has a great offer with them. Concerns are, will they make it through a recession even minor, are they really valued this highly, when will they IPO because their vesting depends on liquidity event like being bought out, IPO or buy back, as well as the traditional time based vesting. Lastly they aren’t a “real” tech company, not a difficult problem / system. Not high QPS. With that said, they may be fine for recession, doing well, growing, IPO this year, and fun. Just things to think about.
WeWork is paying pretty good nowadays..
What position and how many YOE?
L4 and 4
