gonna be straightforward— I have high functioning autism (aspergers) and its really hard for me to make friends, talk to coworkers etc. I dont have any relationship with the people that I used to work with, and tbh I struggled with teamwork, etc. Last week I got an offer letter from Google (L4 ,210k, low but not a big deal) and the only thing that I forsee will hold me back would be the reference check because of my bad teamwork, etc. Im very analytical and I think im pretty good at my job. The recruiter asked me for 3, and I could only provide them with two weak ones. Should I be worried about this? Are they already past the reference check stage? The interview process goes interview, hiring committee, team match, offer review, comp, VP approval, give candidate offer letter, sign offer, background check, join. Reference check happens before offer review. If u have a offer letter reference checks already happened.
Is this on a form you write in? I provided two and didn’t even put in their phone number or email. So no one ever contacted them. I work here now.

Didn’t make any friends in college... I may be able to ask project partners but not sure how they perceived me. Also I graduated 2015 and I would have to dig up these old contacts
