Watch it on Netflix - fat sick and nearly dead. Juicing is where you buy organic vegetables and fruits and squeeze or blend them just for the juice and that is every meal breakfast lunch dinner you only consume juice . There is a documentary on Netflix all about it.

Switch to all plant diet. Ridiculously effective. If you can't cut meat out completely, eat veggies on weekdays and meat on weekends. It's much more difficult to overeat with just veggies. Lift weights. More effective than cardio. You'll keep burning calories after you leave the gym. Start slowly and light and keep at it. Stronglifts is a very simple routine that works.
