Wells Fargo Strategy salary
Hi community, hoping if someone can share the salary ranges offered by Wells Fargo Strategy team? They are offering me $175K for a Senior Strategy consultant role. $175k includes bonus?
This is for the NY office, with a base offer of 175K + upto 20k bonus (depending on performance) The rotational program is part of SDI team
Almost all position salaries are available inside wells. I can confirm 175 base for this position at Wells Fargo is great. With that said Wells Fargo typically pays 20% or more under the industry average. You may be able to find a similar role at BoA or chase pays 200k or more.
I do not know what the rotational program is but this is high for senior Strategy Consultant. First offer for this role is typically 140 or 150 base depending on location and team/focus.
