Wells Fargo india VP -SSE Salary range
I have cleared technical rounds for VP-SSE position at wells Fargo India. How much compensation can I ask?? Yoe:11.5yrs Current TC:31 lpa Holding an offer from jpmc for similar role of :45lpa #wellsfargo

Try tech companies man, at 11+ years exp total comp upwards to 80L is easily possible
Tech companies are harder to get to. And if you’re not used to LC style interviews and you’ve no CS background it’s basically a forgone conclusion that you will never crack it or it will take a year or two of hardcore grinding.
Take the offer of 45 and ask WF to give offer of 50L. Ask for start date of notice period+1 month. In that time interview with other tech companies/banks and leverage these offers to get a TC of 60/70+
