Went from consulting to a bank what are my paths?

I worked as a consultant for 5 years post grad. I did mostly systems integration, some digital strategy and solutions consultant (big 4 not mbb). I went to work in digital strategy and innovation for a bank. Now I'm thinking of my career paths, I was also offered to go back as an Associate Partner. Wonder what others have done, or have considered a move to a product role? TC: $225
