Just curious about the interview process (i.e. questions, etc.) at Nuveen. It appears Staffing sets the interviewee with 2 hours worth of interviews with several levels of management. I was curious on any such insight on the types of questions being asked for such role (Risk Management)? In addition, I was curious about the pre-employment screening. I have heard various suggestions from friends,but their answers all vary depending on when they were interviewed to their location of hire. Asking for a friend.
Interview process varies by team and if it’s management position setting up multiple interviews in few hours is usually the process.. pre-screening is drug test, background check which might take 2-4 weeks and employement references

Sorry, I have no answer for you. Not many TIAA Employees are on blind yet. It’s standard pre screening process, basic drug test followed by employment verification.
What said above. It does depend on the team and division. some teams interview differently but you should get people you will interact with consistently and they will want to see whether they can work with you along with whether you know your stuff.
