Anyone one from Highspot? How is the Services exec role ? How much do they offer ? current base ~ 180K (bay area)
I am currently in Product Lead role ( working with customers to understand their needs and then work with team to develop solutions) . Salary yes will be lower compared to the Bay Area. Hoping it to be competitive(on par with other Seattle based firms) along with some room for negotiation. Read great reviews on team culture and growth opportunities in Glassdoor.
FWIW I love the team and the product. It's still startup culture which I really like - if you want to change something, you're generally encouraged to do it and help the rest of the team get smarter. I feel like pay is competitive, but not with sf. I previously worked at a number of huge organizations, and wouldn't go back for (almost) any amount... my independence is totally worth it. The startup mentality also means career growth opportunities - there isn't some final company structure with levels like Amazon or Microsoft, so you can really move around if there's a department that looks more interesting. Compared with your current role, the services exec will be a bit more operational with customers (you always have the milestone of getting them live, vs asking them really specific ux questions), but I can see how working with product would apply pretty directly. Good luck, let us know how it goes!
I love how passionate the people are about the culture, team and the product. Thanks for the detailed info. Will keep you posted on how things go.

High pay, meaningless work
About the role (from what I've seen) - well respected, smart people on that team, fairly demanding in terms of customers. What is your current role? Do you like managing sw deployments? You'll get to know the product really well... guessing salary will be lower than what you get today (also, it's Seattle...), but options are included (seems pretty likely these will count for something eventually).
