Currently in a unique position to build up an organizations analytics infrastructure from the ground up. I have heard many stories on Agile development (a lot of negativity actually). So I'm curious, what have you found to be a good project managing framework? I know that it will depend on the project itself but maybe some overall recommendations (from both a team member and managers perspective)? Appreciate the feedback!
Really depends on the project. Agile development is quite successful if you put enough work upfront - identifying key stakeholders & requirements, and use Agile methodology within that framework.
Scrum is decent.
