What TC to expect from Apple HW position for my profile?

Little over 2.5 YOE, which includes 1.25yr as an internship. All done in same company and group. High band eng2, on way to Sr. (But not that I can prove that to them). What to expect from Apple? HIgh band ict3? Or? What's the base/RSU/bonus? HW roles such as RTL/DV/PD.
