I believe it’s about $300-$500k base with 40% bonus at Adobe. What about Google, Apple, Amazon, Facebook, Microsoft (and others)?
Yeah, but you're basically asking for a matrix of comp data in one thread--and that is a lot of work. You can try searching and compiling this on your own. And if you don't understand why listing your own TC/YOE is critical...
Dude stfu
Senior director means radically different things at some of these companies. So the comp is also radically different. A Sr director at Google makes well over $1m while a Sr director at MS makes $600k. Different jobs
What the fuck? Well over a million?
A Director--not Senior--at FB/G/N/Amzn can easily exceed 1MM per annum.
And there is no senior director at Amazon
What about Apple
What about OCI?

TC/YOE or GTFO.
I was specifically curious about base. And why does YOE matter when talking about a senior role? The title means the person has been determined to have requisite experience or expertise
