I am looking at rents in Hillsboro and Beaverton. Rents in Hillsboro seem higher than Beaverton. Why is that ? Is the school district better in Hillsboro.
Bethany has the best school districts followed by Beaverton. Hillsboro has few good schools but mostly closer to individual houses and not apartments. Rent may be higher in hillsboro because it is closer to Intel and most recent movers like to live close to Intel
