What are the career path levels at BCG (Platinion)?
What are the levels/ranks at BCG? I worked in consulting previously for big4 and their structure was Associate(Entry - 2 years)-> Sr. Associate(2-3 yrs)->Manager(2+yrs)->Director->MD->Partner Is BCG's path similar? Is a Sr. Consultant at BCG equivalent to Manager level at big4 consulting? TC:136k, YoE:6 #consulting #bcg #career #tech

They've tried to align to 'core' in terms of title/seniority. There are nuances (and titles vary a bit by chapter within Platinion), but it goes as follows: Platinion Level - Core Equivalent L1 = Analyst L2 = Consultant L2 = Project Leader L4 = Principal L5 = Partner (non-equity) MD = Equity Partner
How does the comp look like at the levels? Also how many percent actually move to say partner
Noted. So, a Sr. Consultant would be a higher tiered 'consultant' role just before Project Leader. What would be a good TC range be for this type of role? Specifically, in TX.
