Sup guys, I see almost tons of companies (WeWork, Peloton, etc.) getting hate on here for bad culture, constant layoffs, poor career progression, mismanagement, etc. So I'm curious, besides FAANG, what do you guys think the places to be are? I think companies like Figma (ofc now lol), Datadogg, and others look promising and I've been keeping an eye there but wondering where you all think the top spots are for the future? Oh also I'm a PM YOE: 2 TC: You make more than me #tech #career #product #productmanagement #jobhunt
Airbnb is very prompt in rejecting my applications. I appreciate them not stringing me along by just ignoring me.
That’s funny, Snowflake does the same for me.
Look into companies that are planning Pre-IPO

Did you get a job offer this year?
Depends on a lot of factors like: your risk tolerance, what you value in a job, what you care about most, if you want growth opportunities and training opportunities, if you want to work with really smart people or don’t care if you’re the smartest in the room, the state of your finances and whether you have dependents, if you care about unlimited PTO, and the list goes on and on. I’ve found Angel List to be a helpful site to search for startup opportunities, but I’m a PM with 8 years experience, no dependents, and plenty of money in the bank if things go badly. I’ve heard good things about Airbnb, but do you care that they’re destroying communities and neighborhoods?
