What are your thoughts on PM at Stripe or Plaid?

The title says it all. Interested to learn about product management at Stripe or Plaid. What are the best parts? What are the worst parts? Context: I have experience building critical infrastructure systems and software at large active manager. Want to know more about the fintech space. EM here. Fintech in general is very fast-moving. The pressure to ship at Stripe as a PM is very high, especially because there are not many PMs at the company to begin with. Not sure about Plaid, but it's probably similar in that sense. Growth potential is probably better at Plaid but 🀷.

Good to note. Overall I know both orgs tend to have pretty positive reviews. Would you say people are pretty content (excluding outliers in either direction)?

I would search around on Blind for more info on Stripe. Hyper growth has been brutal on the company.

Go to Plaid, their Head of Infra came from Stripe and left within a year!
