What being a TPM/PM @ FAANGMULA is like?
What is a day like as a Technical Program Manager/ Program Manager at tech? What % of product management, if at all, do you typically do? Or is it all project management? How hands on are you expected to be with programming/algos/any tech domain for that matter? Is there a specific experience or a tech skill that's sought after in a candidate profile ? Lastly, any tips or focus areas for preparation? Prepping for a switch from fintech to tech has been a real challenge and could use any help/advice at this point.
