What happens when most of your team is Indian?
Should Meta learn from Musk 1. Charge $8 for FB/whatsapp/instagram 2. Fire 50% of the company, (maybe not the entire company, but at least some orgs) Musk said the problem with twitter was there were 10 people managing 1 people who writes codes. Meta seems having the same problem. TC $350k
Where did Musk say there were ten people managing one coder?
Muskrat just says some agreeable sounding bullshit like this before turning around and swindling people
In a tweet
Ya should start with firing you
Why so salty?
There is nothing salty. He should welcome it for Meta's greater good
3. Ask fired employees to come back
Learn what? It's been like 2 days since layoffs and paid verification took place. How can you tell it had any positive impact on profitability or anything.
Well advertisers jumping ship certainly hasn’t helped profitability
What not to do to avoid losing a shitton of ad revenue.
Metas environment is horrible. I would start there.
Currently work there and to be honest my entire team is super welcoming. They help you learn and give you all the tools you need to work efficiently. If you’re lazy sure it might get toxic but most tech workers don’t want to put in their 8 hours. Frankly I’m only putting in 5-6 hours a day and have good performance. Most of my colleagues the same.
We can learn what not to do to ruin a business
meta has already been ruined. Like a cancer patient at its late stage, need harsh strong treatments to survive.
OP, not sure what org you’re in, but in my org we run extremely lean (FAM) not even sure where there’s fat to cut
I like the idea of charging $8 for using fb products. This is perfect
Meta problem is burning money in air
