Basically title. Interviewing for a Senior Specialist Solutions Architect role in Canada. How many maple peanuts can I expect? YOE: 18. TC: 0. #redhat #redhatcompensation
Also curious is there's a minimum % increase when getting promoted to senior role
Minimum? Haven't seen less than 4-5%. There's a maximum that goes through without VP's approval, which is I *think* 15%?
I'm not from NA so I don't have 1st hand experience, but I'd expect something between 100 and 150k? Canada will have lower TC than the US, and then it heavily depends where in Canada you're from. I'm assuming big city.
Incorrect- will be 200+ for Sr SA Canada or USA
We'll know soon enough with salary transparency in a month. Fyi though I've heard they pay in liquid maple π
What does salary transparency mean exactly?
It means anytime can see the minimum, maximum, and mid point of the salary range for their title and location.
