Zillow used to be exactly like that before the pandemic. Paid second best to Facebook. No PIP. WLB encouraged with summer parties happy hours, no meetings before 9 and after 4. No foreign teams to coordinate with. Beautiful office in a prime location. Unlimited PTO that you could actually use. No hard deadlines for anything. Week long hacathon where you could do anything you wanted. Wrapped up by festivities.
