What companies should I target for good TC?
My background: ~10 YOE , most of it in mobile apps engineering. Relocated to US from overseas about 7 years ago. Worked in several startups before PayPal and didnt earn that much money. So far my TC has always been around $200k. At PayPal it’s a bit more but not radically. What I would like is optimize for TC for couple years before starting something myself. What companies would pay me ~400k+ ? I’m in SF Bay Area.
Fintech (Jane Street, Citadel, Jump Trading, etc)
Don’t they require good math knowledge? I was good in math back when I was young. But working on mobile apps made me forget all that stuff

I think I just made wrong decisions along the way
Look at the White House - many have < 4 YOE
FAANG or Tier 1 HFs listed above
Fb/Snap are good options for High TC as a mobile engineer
