What days off do Amazon AWS software engineers get?
I know we get Thanksgiving and Christmas. Do we get Martin Luther King day off?

I'm not sure it is specific to Cali but we get 3 more - Christmas Eve, new year's Eve and another one I can't remember

If you're in California, you get 9 holidays and 3 floating holidays. Most other places get 6 holidays and 6 floating holidays.

In Europe we get 25 holidays each year + 9 bank holidays and each time you're on call if you get paged you get half a day off as TOIL.
