What do quants salaries/bonuses look like today?
Just curious, especially on buy side in firms like de shaw, citadel, hrt, etc. I hear some crazy numbers north of 200k/year for new grads!! It would be interesting to know based on yoe and degree Blind tax: 120k #finance #hedgefund #finance #quant #salary

Do a lot of research projects related to stats and ML. Masters or PHD in those areas is helpful also.
