What do the stack ranking designations stand for in the PCS
Does anyone know what the stack ranking designations are in PCS? What does TT, HV, HV+, LE stand for and are there other designations?

LE = least effective, HV = highly valued, TT = top tier (or something close to that). PCS = personal compensation statement.
Is there any way to appeal a ranking like LE if unfair, since it means no team changing.
