What does Uber employees’ think of their CTO?
Heard he was quite a stubborn guy from a friend who interviewed there. Did he actually establish some rules about how every engineering levels must require certain years of experience (e.g. 5 years for senior engineers)?

Dara is great, Jörg is fantastic, finally there is hope. He is like Luke Skywalker reborn but the Thuan Empire is still strong. If you want Uber to succeed should expose malignant elements. Sweeping dirt under the rug is so Uber 1.0, you have to change that mentality. Expose malicious and incompetent elements like Lord Thuan and his VMware gang. Praise on new blood like Dara, Kevin Thompson and Jörg.
Thuan is a good leader and did right things for Uber.
Problems in uber is not on one person. Similarly that a good CEO joins is not the solution to solve Uber’s problems.
