Hi all. Got an offer to join Activision and wondering what might happen to the leveling and comp package when they get acquired by Microsoft. Anyone here who has gone through an acquisition of their company? Specifically two things: 1. Level. My offer is for a Sr Product Manager, which looks like 63-64 in Microsoft on Level.fyi. How will they decide which one? I have 7 yoe 2. Comp. Activision comp is base heavy with limited stock grant. Would Microsoft change that? Any experience would be helpful. Thank you! Experience working for GitHub- you will get Microsoft level benefit offering, MSFT 401k, MSFT ESPP, RSU are board approval from MS, means targets will be adjusted bit similar to MSFT. Refreshers and bonus as per MS most likely. You will start to see more and more management positions will be filled up with MS floks and culture will be bit shifted more as mini “MSFT”.

So far all the big acquisitions like Linkedin, GitHub, Bathesda have all had their separate levels and pay structures. I would assume, same will be the case for ABK.
