Select which of these is more easier - long term
Does this work at the senior+ levels where you only scratch the surface with no depth at every job?
Grammar is “more easier”
I think your options are wrong. Option 1: Coast at the same place long term. Option 2: work hard at the same company for promos and raises. Option 3: Coast at the same place short term, then periodically prepare for interviews and get huge salary increments. Option 4: work hard at the same place, while constantly preparing for interviews. I think option 3 is the best and most followed.
Job hopping is the way to go! Hard work at a company doesn’t always guarantee promo(people can steel your work, company may perform poorly, politics etc) Job hopping on the other hand will always guarantee decent title/TC growth provided you’re good at negotiation.
Grammar error with no TC.
Interview prep is easier for me. Mostly cause I get bored at a job by the 2.5 year mark and need a novel environment.
