I manage technical teams as an Engineering Supervisor for a pharmacutical manufacturer. My teams are manufacturing products from vaccines to medical devices. In addition to recruiting, leading, coaching and managing technical teams, capital projects, and department initiatives, I also am very involved in my corporate community and am the chair of my company's employee resource Women's Network group. I have a passion for collaboration in the tech industry and have been developing my skills in the healthcare space for 5+ years. In the next few months I am looking to relocate, and have been in the market to pivot from healthcare to tech. I am open to project management, product manager, engineering manager positions. I am reaching out to my online blind community to get insight, support and feedback on how I should prepare for my transition and how my credentials match up against the tech bubble. With the current structure of my organization, my current management looks like 30% hands-on technical support (manufacturing/production), 35% technical project development, 35% people management. Likewise, I appreciate your feedback and if you've got roles that you think I would be a good match for I'd be happy to hear. TC: $115K YOE: 5+ #tech #techcareer #jobhunt #remote #remotework
