What is the best time to get MSCS
Have enough saved up. Want to leave the rat race for a bit via grad school. When's the best time to do this with the least impact on career trajectory? Blind tax 3 YOE 170k TC

Don’t do a masters or phd unless you like / plan to do research. Experience matters more. A masters will not accelerate you. Not in this field. Not in this economy.

You’ll just be moving from one rat race to another - just that you have to pay to run that race instead of getting paid. Just to interview for the same job you have now? Unless you want to change roles or move to the US, it doesn’t make practical sense.
