What is the bonus component in levels.fyi comp.
Can anyone share details on the bonus piece that is in levels.fyi Is it targeted bonus as some percentage of base or is it signon bonus? Negotiating an offer and hence the question.

It’s a little unclear. When I first started using levels, I did sign on bonus (cash component) but after that first year on the job, I started putting Annual Target Bonus. Sorry for muddying the data 😓
Hmm. So any thoughts on what I should propose for a number? I am negotiating for a sr pm role and not sure what to ask for based on the numbers. If I ask for 350k recruiter might say with 200k base you will get 40k as performance bonus. This is different from getting a 40k sign on bonus.
