Depending on YOE and location, salary can be $115 - 150k + 15% bonus + RSUs (vest over 4 years with 1 year cliff). Not 100% sure on RSU amount, maybe like ~$75k-ish? The culture is heavy on ex-consultants. High performers and generally supportive, but as alluded to above it can be a taxing role. Mix of tactical and strategic work, with weak process increasing the share of tactical items. Core KPIs are renewal and expansion of accounts.
Thank you!
Avoid like the plague, ex consultants so it isn't even about what you do, more how you make your manager look.
Did this happen due to the SAP acquisition?
CS @ Q has been like this for a while. Don’t think it’s an SAP thing.
Being a CS consultant in Q is no where near as challenging as working for a top tier strategy consultancy: thr work is routine and not strategic. It's about being well organised and being able to keep multiple balls in the air - of that's your think go for it, but if you are looking some kind of deep intellectual challenge look elsewhere
Some good and some bad in CS. I left due to the worst manager I have ever had at Qualtrics in CS. Other leaders are ok. Message me if you want download on where is good and where to avoid
If you're not a ex consultant though, you don't matter. There is constant talk about whether people come from a consulting background or not
CS? I wouldn’t want that on my worst enemy
Is their high turnover in that role?
Oh yah
