Looking at a preowned 2015 Model S but it has nearly 100,000 miles. One single service record for when the tires were replaced at 33k.

Why buy used? How much $ saving compare to new?
Looking at Auto trader probably an $80K savings.
It’s silly to buy a second hand tesla model s. Either buy a cheaper model 3, or lease a model s.
Do not buy a model s older than 2018. They have nvidia Tegra chips which are fucking slow as hell and a pain in the ass to work on.everything post 2018 is equipped w Intel chips
Do they have something like a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) car that you can buy or lease from the factory? That would be better than picking up a 2015 Model S with 100k miles on it. How much are the newer 2018s with similar mileage?
Yeah but they don't let you see it when buy it. There have been cases of cars showing up with fucked up interiors and the delivery people being like take this or lose your deposit.
Oh that is not good. And why would someone spend 10s of 1000s of dollars on a car they cannot even see before buying? This car is just a commodity, it isn’t special by any means.
If you trust Tesla you’re a dummy. This is an experiment. Tesla can’t make parts to service their current vehicles. Imagine after enough design changes. #teslaserviceissues #teslapartsissues #teslareliabilityissues
That changed ever since the China factory came live
Seems like owners don’t reflect that sentiment on Twitter
Like a second hand iPhone
