When I worked in Vancouver office, I made less than 90k CAD base, but when I transferred to the States for the same level, I made 110k USD, let alone I think Vancouver living cost is higher. You can't really compare with American salaries. If u think u r lowballed, move here. Canadian HR once gives me this bullshit "the labor market is different"

You cannot compare with Bay Area American salaries. What are u making now?
Base 88000, Bonus up to 10% of base, ESPP that I can buy the stock of at least 15% off the market price however I can only contribute 10% of each paycheck PS. All are in Canadian dollars
