What is the new grad comp like at Amazon?
Hi, Expecting an offer from Amazon. I wanted to know what's the 2019 Amazon new grad comp like and what can I expect?
Standard offer is around 110 base, 20+25 joining bonus (at joining and end of 1 year), 75K stock (over 4 year with bad vesting schedule, something like 10%, 10%, 40%, 40%) This offer is independent of location other than Bay area. Bay area will have higher offer
Higher i.e. 116k base or so. Rest are same
145k first year and around 140k second for return interns. -10k if not return intern
Base or TC? That seems low for TC
Lol tc ofc. Amzn isn't really competitive
