I am currently interviewing with Spotify. My understanding is that Spotify allows people to work from anywhere; do a significant contingent of people still go into the office in NYC, or is it a ghost town? Is there still a sense of office culture? I don't need people to be required to go in, but I do like going into an office and getting to know others. Def don't want a repeat of my current company, where the office is open, but no one is there. Outside of FAANG, finding companies that actually still have people going into the office seems impossible :( #hybrid #returntooffice
Bloomberg office is 60% full at least everyday
In my PA of about 50 people, I would say 10-20% of the people go in at least once a week, and maybe 5% (2-3 people) go in more often than that (I know one person who goes in every day.) Most of us are WFH/remote and out of state though. I agree that the NYC office is amazing though. If I lived in the city I would have gone in at least once a week.
About 10% full
The nyc office is amazing. It's the best I've ever been to. Nice views, great food, great coffee and drinks, and all great facilities. I don't go anywhere once i get into the office since I don't have to. My last time there was a month ago. My floor was 10% full but the dining room was crowded during the lunch time.
