What is the point of putting “dropped out” of Master, PhD on Linkedin?
And they dropped out to become IC not CoFounding new Facebook or something. Why? So are you proud of the school brand name degree or are you not? I don’t get it TC 430k

Oo look at me, I go against the grain, college is a scam and I am the living proof of that. I am smart enough to do a PhD program but just a little crazy to drop out cause guess what if I do that, then I can add to my LinkedIn and people will think of me as a savant. I'll be in the same league as lizard and vaccine man and people will regard me as this iconoclast visionary. That's why
People drop out of a masters? It's one additional year beyond bachelor's, do they drop out over winter break? I should put that I dropped out of a 4th year masters and just got the bachelor's instead, more impressive than wasting a 5th year.
Same thing with PhD folks. They need to add "John Doe, PhD" to their name.
