What is the salary expectation for LinkedIn Associate TPM or TPM in the Operations Research team?
In the initial phone screening chat, the recruiter mentioned that salary would range from 105-115k base in San Francisco . Seems a bit low to me? I also shot myself in the foot and said I expect 80-90k (idk why I mentioned my current salary). So am I screwed? I have 3 years experience in hardware engineering and Business
Why? Are your skills and experience worth more than that? Can you justify a higher cost for the project that they would put you on? Associate TPM sounds like a code word for project coordinator. I would not trust a project that is more than 1 mil in budget to a project coordinator. Everything is relative buddy. Hardware engineering is a great skill, way more profitable and quicker to bank $$ on than program manager
