Big initiatives like UK expansion. They are looking to diversify revenue stream and make verticals more stable. But they are giving more information & taking more steps from legal and compliance when we are public company. May not happen this year or next but I will count 3 years if their UK bet works out.
I think the plan was to move heavily into mortgages but that never happened and that team didn't do their job. They were also going to hire a hr VP but that person got cancer or something
