It is a mix of generic system design rounds like cache system, parking lot etc and work specific system design. Design focussing on projects mentioned in the resume. Even if you don't have system design in Networking projects. Try to use generic design fundamentals. FYI : I cleared a cloud computing company with multiple system design rounds with no system design experience.
