sumthings May 5Companies that small aren't going to have an office if not fully in office quite a bit.
Those companies that look for “100% work from office all the time” are just doing micromanagement and will not do well in the long term.

I don’t understand your choices. I prefer Office Optoonal, go in when I want, plus quarterly meetups for team
I guess you like some office some remote, right?
I don’t like being forced to go into an office but I do like having a quiet workspace away from home available to me
