Hi All, I am looking for advice how to target the correct jobs. I have and electrical and electronic engineering degree, PMP and MBA. Currently I am an engineering manager in a R&D division across engineering disciplines. I have an extensive experience in program and portfolio management. I have been targeting program manager or engineering manager jobs. I also require sponsorship. Any advice? Thanks

IMO, you should see what interests you the most and target that job. Fortunately, you have worked or studied different disciplines so hopefully you learnt what you like. And if you have not I would say introspect instead of asking strangers for advice This is a question should not be asked to blind community, it's a personal decision.
