What kind of perks am I missing as a corporate tech employee at Amazon?
I'm a fresh graduate, and I'm pretty new to this corporate world, and it's is not until recently did I know that I could've saved couple of thousands bucks each month on be it internet/WFH equipment. I also came to know that most companies provided either free gym or reimburse a part of the expense on it. I'd be glad if you people can share few more things I may be missing on. Also, would like to confirm if Amazon reimburses on employees' gym expense. Son, let me explain. The only perk Amazon ever had was free 🍌 and this is long gone. Legend has it those legendary delicious bananas might be back when we're all summoned again to office slavery but then you likely would be paying for more than its cost through the transit $ you pay everyday. In latter case its stature of "perk" becomes questionable. There you have it. An executive summary of all Amazon perks in a small Blind post.

OP jokes apart, I would say Amazon employees missing out on ESPP, which would be a great investment. In Adobe we have 2 years lock-in price which has given us 300% profit too at the end
Is that 30L TC or CTC ? Amazon used to reimburse gym expenses couple of years back, but stopped because people were putting in fake bills. At that point they added 2k/month to everyone's pay. They also reimbursed wfh equipment worth upto 7k iirc. But yeah, like others said, nothing special otherwise. All you get is 🍌
I don't know the difference between TC and CTC, I thought both are same. I may be wrong. I've seen few glass door posts which mention about reimbursing their gym expense too. But thanks for your info, it clarified that we can no longer expect it.
