Lol I feel ya. Also for some problems it's very verbose. Like if you need a priority queue, I use Java in that cases

Yes! I usually have my own simple implementation of stack, queue and priority queues ready just in case and I just copy paste it after explaining that those aren't built in in go

I'd suggest be considerate to your interviewer and don't use a very niche language
