I'm an L4 SWE with 3 YoE at low-tier companies, 8 months at a Series B startup, and 1.5 years at Google. Total 5+ YoE. I know Intel has a strict GPA cutoff of 3.0 but mine was 2.14 so it might be a hard sell. I have a bachelor's degree. What level should I target? And how much TC could I get in NYC? TC: 210k (NYC)

Yes, I got 27% raise in April and now it's all gone. No bonus/raises this year too
