Thanks. MTTR is Mean Time To Respond. How to track this? Is it, how quickly a ticket was created or how quickly an issue was resolved? MTTD, can be seconds with Datadog. Or before say CPU went up to 100%?

Mttr is mean time to recover but you should track response time too. Look up Dora metrics that should help.
