My responsibilities: Managing a knowledge base / ticketing system, and that entails: - Work with stakeholders to build out submission forms - requirements gathering - Work out the governance around knowledge base content creation, retention, and ownership - Help training team create training documents for the system - Train people on how to use the system - Create system documentation - Analyze reports to identify gaps - Making updates and changes - Develop and enforce processes (What I do is a one man team, but on and off I’ll assign people on my team to do specific tasks) Help design and code sharepoint pages when needed. - utilize prototyping tool, typography, html, css, photoshop, illustrator - work with a developer —edit— - I don’t answer tickets or deal with external customers - the job is strictly internal - education: psychology - years in the workforce: 6

Education is in b.a psychology. Skills: managing projects, html, photoshop, css, word, excel... are these the skills you’re talking about? Also been in the work force for 6 years already.
Any pmi or pmp certs? might be worth it to get and go for project management type jobs
