I got an interview with Lockheed coming up, can someone tell me what the interviews are like/what kinda things they may ask. Thanks. #lockheedinterview
90% behavioral
@op I have an interview with Raytheon next week…how is it working there? Good wlb?
It was for me when I worked there. About 20 hrs a week
I enjoy working here. The job is chill, the people are smart and nice to work with. My only complaint is pay compared to current market value, hence why I’m interviewing around seeing my worth. Everything else is great, I’d strongly recommend. Definitely really boils down to your team/program.
Largely depends on the position. ICs are left up to the hiring manager and there is no way to predict. Leadership positions are almost 100% behavioral.
What should I do to prep for LM interviews? Applied for few Software Engineer roles
#trollpost You have 2 bombs, which 2 countries in the middle east will you choose ?
Lol they’re literally a body shop. Wear deodorant if it’s an in person interview and remember how to spell your name and you’ll be fine.
A friend of mine is a manager at Lockheed and did some hiring recently. OOP, behavioral questions, and basic/easy LC type of question. She said depending on the team, there might not even be LC type of questions. Just straight up behavioral questions about 90% of the interview, and 10% on related technical background.
I am surprise Lockheed ask LC question
I’ve never met anyone who had to do LC questions to get hired here
How to take American tax payer money, fool them into made-up bullshit schemes like "national defense and security challenges" and then bomb defenseless third-world women and children. Or more succinctly, how to fuck clueless people home and abroad?
Does Lockheed pay better or Raytheon?
Will be very comparable. Focus less on salary at entry and more on career growth prospects for the specific role. Both will have certain positions that are primed for building a great career and certain positions where you are no more than a headcount fill with very limited upward mobility.
I agree but I feel like those things you can’t really know until you join the team. I’ve had hiring manager promise me all those before and once I started working that the team wasn’t what they described, no visibility, no growth potential, etc Only thing you know for certain after an interview and offer is your comp

Should I marry a lazy girl?
Oops, behavioral
What are oops? Object orientated programming questions?
Yes, like 5 pillars of OOP, language specific questions, and behavioral. Expect no LC.
